Exchanges and Returns

🛍️ Rank Oferta Return Policy

You can request the return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it, in accordance with the right of withdrawal provided for in the Consumer Protection Code (art. 49).
We do not accept exchanges. Therefore, please pay attention to the product information before completing your purchase.

✔️ Conditions for return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging ;
  • The product cannot show signs of use or consumption , that is, it must be in the same condition as when received;
  • The product must contain labels (or protectors), manuals and all accompanying accessories .

❗ Important:

  • We do not accept returns if the above conditions are not fully respected;
  • We do not accept returns due to errors in choosing size, color or model .
    Product measurements and descriptions are available on the purchase page to ensure an informed choice.

📝 How to request a refund

Send an email to sac@rankoferta.com with the following information:

  • Product name
  • Order number
  • Email registered at purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Video proving the defect, if applicable

💰 Refund methods:

  • Credit card refund: may appear on up to two invoices after processing;
  • PIX: transfer to the customer's account, carried out within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
